Your work records

Shift names, dates, notes, working hours, breaks, timezones and hourly rates are stored on your device. We do not upload this calendar content to a feature server. The Home Screen widget reads a local shared copy. Reminders are scheduled locally after your permission. iOS or your chosen backup provider may include app data under your device backup settings.

Purchases and service information

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat manages purchase validation and Pro access using a random installation identifier, purchase history, product and entitlement status, and store/device information such as app version, storefront, price and currency. We do not receive your card details. RevenueCat receives routine service information when the app checks purchases or products.

Apple attribution and analytics

The app enables Apple's AdServices attribution through RevenueCat. When available, Apple can provide information about whether an Apple ad led to the installation and related campaign identifiers. We use purchase and attribution reporting to understand the app's performance. The app does not request the advertising identifier (IDFA), include third-party display ads or upload shift content for analytics. Versions containing the owner analytics dashboard also send limited activity events, such as app launches, onboarding choices, paywall interactions, purchase/restore outcomes and counts of completed actions, to our Google Firebase backend. These events use the same random installation identifier as RevenueCat, along with app language and device region. Verified purchase webhooks and Apple ad campaign, ad group and keyword identifiers help us measure conversion and advertising performance. We do not send shift names, dates, wages, notes or calendar contents. Technical security logs may include network information.

Sharing, providers and retention

CSV files, PDF reports and backups contain the work information you choose to export. You decide where to save or share them; those destinations have their own privacy practices. Service providers include Apple, RevenueCat and Google Firebase for this support website, remote app settings and the limited analytics described above. Requests to the website may be processed in standard hosting/security logs. Providers may process information outside your country.

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app, subject to device backup settings. Purchase/service records are retained as needed to operate the app, resolve support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. To request access to or deletion of service records linked to your installation, email support with the Support ID shown in Settings. Do not include private work notes or employer information.

Your choices

You can delete individual shifts in the app, manage notification permissions in iOS Settings, and choose when to export a backup. Removing the app can remove its local records; keep a backup first. No app account is required. Restore Pro using the same Apple purchase account. Manage or cancel Monthly subscriptions in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting local records does not erase Apple or RevenueCat purchase history or request a refund.

Support and changes

If you email us, we receive the contact information and message you choose to send and use them to respond. Shift Planner is a general-audience personal work utility and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support service, contact us. We may update this policy and its effective date.
